I, Jack Morgan, as Chairman of the Ninth Congressional District Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the District Committee, do hereby issue this Call for a District Convention to be held at George Wythe High School, #1 Maroon Way, Wytheville, Virginia, 24382, or its alternative site, starting at 10:00 AM EDT on Saturday, April 12, 2014, for the following purposes:
A. Electing a District Chairman of the Ninth Congressional District Republican Committee;
B. For the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the convention.

UNIT CHAIRMEN AND STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEE MEMBERS, IF YOU HAVE A PREVIOUS IRREVOCABLE CONFLICT AND CANNOT ATTEND, A PROXY MUST REPRESENT YOU. PLEASE SEND THE PROXY TO ME VIA FAX OR ARRANGE A HARD COPY TO BE PRESENTED AT THE MEETING. A COPY OF A PROXY IS INCLUDED WITH THIS CALL.
IF YOU WOULD PLEASE NOTIFY ME BY PHONE OR EMAIL OF YOUR INTENTION TO ATTEND, I WOULD APPRECIATE IT FOR WE NEED A QUORUM IN ORDER TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.
