As Chairman of the Ninth Congressional District Republican Committee, I, Adam L. Tolbert, do hereby
issue this official call for a meeting of the District Committee to be held as indicated.
Date: Tuesday, July 15, 2014 Time: 6:00pm
Locations: Both a physical meeting site and teleconference access will be provided for members and the
general public for participation in the special meeting.

COMMITTEE VOTING MEMBERS:
If you have a previous irrevocable conflict and cannot attend, a proxy must represent you. We must
have a quorum in order to conduct business. A copy of the proxy form is attached with important
notes.
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT PROXIES FOR THIS SPECIFIC MEETING:
All proxy appointment forms should be either a) brought to the physical meeting site, or b) sent to me
at the email address atolbert@va9gop.org by 4:00pm on July 15 so that they can be printed and
reviewed by the Proxy Committee at the physical meeting site.
I would appreciate it if you would notify me (email preferred) of your plans to attend the physical meeting,
join the teleconference, or designate a proxy to attend either access method.
