OFFICIAL CALL – DISTRICT COMMITTEE MEETING
Call Issued: December 6, 2020

As Chairman of the Ninth Congressional District Republican Committee, I, Adam L. Tolbert, do hereby issue this official call for a meeting of the District Committee to be held as indicated.

Date:          Sunday, December 13, 2020
Time:          2:30pm
Location:      Online Meeting via Zoom (see call document for instructions)

COMMITTEE VOTING MEMBERS:

If you have a previous irrevocable conflict and cannot attend, a proxy must represent you.  We must have a quorum in order to conduct business.  A copy of the proxy form is attached with important notes.

If you are sending a proxy to represent you, please provide the proxy with a copy of this call, agenda, and all meeting materials.

I would appreciate it if you would notify me (email preferred) of your plans to attend or send a proxy.
