OFFICIAL CALL – DISTRICT COMMITTEE MEETING
Call Issued: September 22, 2018

As Chairman of the Ninth Congressional District Republican Committee, I, Adam L. Tolbert, do hereby issue this official call for a meeting of the District Committee to be held as indicated.

Date:          Sunday, September 30, 2018
Time:          2:30pm
Location:      Wytheville Meeting Center
333 Community Blvd
Wytheville, VA 24382

COMMITTEE VOTING MEMBERS:

If you have a previous irrevocable conflict and cannot attend, a proxy must represent you.  We must have a quorum in order to conduct business.  A copy of the proxy form is attached with important notes.

If you are sending a proxy to represent you, please provide the proxy with a copy of this call, agenda, and all meeting materials.

ISSUED: January 1, 2018

I, Adam L. Tolbert, as Chairman of the Ninth Congressional District Committee of the Republican Party of Virginia and pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the District Committee, do hereby issue this Call for a District Convention to be held at George Wythe High School, #1 Maroon Way, Wytheville, Virginia, 24382, or its alternative site, starting at 10:00 AM (with registration opening at 8:30 AM) on Saturday, April 21, 2018, for the following purposes:

a) Electing a District Chairman of the Ninth Congressional District Republican Committee;

b) For the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the convention.
