As Chairman of the Ninth Congressional District Republican Committee, I, Adam L. Tolbert, do hereby issue this official call for a SPECIAL meeting of the District Committee to be held as indicated to address District Committee business of significant importance and the impact of the COVID-19 declared public health emergency.  It is not feasible to hold a physical District Committee meeting within the next two weeks.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT PROXY APPOINTMENTS:  Due to the public health emergency and announcement to practice social distancing, a proxy form may not be able to be completed in usual style.  For this special meeting, I ask that any member designating a proxy send me an email at atolbert@va9gop.org and cc the proxy carrier making note of the appointment.
