A Party Canvass will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2021 to nominate a Republican candidate for Member of the Senate of Virginia from the 38th District to be voted upon in the Special Election to be held on Tuesday, March 23, 2021.

As Chairman of the Ninth Congressional District Republican Committee, I, Adam L. Tolbert, do hereby issue this official call for a meeting of the District Committee to be held as indicated.

COMMITTEE VOTING MEMBERS:

If you have a previous irrevocable conflict and cannot attend, a proxy must represent you.  We must have a quorum in order to conduct business.  A copy of the proxy form is attached with important notes.
